For the effective implementation of the decisions taken by the high level bodies and for the efficient management of the assets spread all over its realm, the whole mechanism is entrusted to four officers under the direct regulation of the Member Secretary.

2. Finance Officer (Accounts)
3. Town Planner (Planning) and
4. Chief Engineer (Engineering)

TRIDA has a vast heritage of great leaders and practical minded intellectuals as Chairmen and Secretaries. The visionary leadership and dedicated service of these few had given direction and shape to the functioning of TRIDA in the past.
